Mental health with AB Health, we offer compassionate and confidential mental health consultations with an experienced Registered Nurse trained in mental health care. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, dealing with anxiety or low mood, or supporting someone else through a difficult time, our nurse can help guide you through practical strategies and provide referrals where needed. Our service supports early intervention and wellbeing, in line with Australian mental health standards and the Mental Health Act 2014 (VIC) and equivalent provisions across states. Please note: Our mental health consultations do not replace urgent or emergency psychiatric services.
