AB Health Australia is growing, and we’re looking for compassionate, qualified Community Support Workers to join our casual and part‑time workforce. Our model blends virtual-first care with meaningful in‑person support, grounded in cultural safety, dignity, and respect.

What you will do

Provide person‑centred support in the home and community

Assist with daily living, social engagement, and wellbeing activities

Follow care plans developed by our nurse-led team

Maintain clear, respectful communication with participants, families, and AB Health clinicians
-
Uphold cultural safety, privacy, and dignity at all times
What you will bring
-
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Mental Health, or equivalent
-
A caring, reliable, and community‑minded approach
-
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
-
Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred but not essential)
