Our experienced nurse will carefully review the details provided in your referral file. They will then call you directly to Confirm your booking date, Go over the service details and Explain the payment pathways and answer any questions.

This step ensures that your care is personalised, accurate, and aligned with your needs before your appointment begins.

4. Appointment comfirmation

You'll get and email for your confirmed booking time and online appointment link.

5. Appointment

Your appointment is scheduled, and your care journy with us begins.
