About the Role
Join our front line of compassionate care. We are looking for skilled Nurses to deliver high-quality, nurse-led care both virtually and in our clients' homes. Your day-to-day will involve conducting mental and physical health assessments, providing expert wound care management, assisting with medication support, and developing safety plans. You will act as a clinical leader in the community, providing oversight and collaborating with support workers and families to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse.
Demonstrated clinical experience (community nursing, aged care, or mental health preferred).
Current First Aid and CPR / Basic Life Support certification.
Valid Australian Driver’s License and reliable transport.
Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
