About the Role

What you will do:

∙ Provide person‑centred support in the home and community
∙ Assist with daily living, social engagement, and wellbeing activities
∙ Follow care plans developed by our nurse-led team
∙ Maintain clear, respectful communication with participants, families, and AB Health clinicians
∙ Uphold cultural safety, privacy, and dignity at all times

Requirements


  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Mental Health, or equivalent

  • A caring, reliable, and community‑minded approach

  • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly

  • Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

  • Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred but not essential)
