About the Role

Are you kind-hearted and passionate about helping others maintain their independence? We are looking for reliable Community Support Workers to assist our clients with their daily living activities. Your shifts will include providing respectful personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparation, and transport to appointments. More importantly, you will provide vital social support and companionship, actively listening to clients and helping them stay connected to their communities in a culturally safe and person-centered way.

Requirements


  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Mental Health, or equivalent

  • A caring, reliable, and community‑minded approach

  • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly

  • Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

  • Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred but not essential)
